Recette du vin chaud épicé

RPMGuestlist vous donne des recettes pour bien commencer vos party à Montreal 
Bouhhhhh il commence à faire froid….du vin chaud à Montreal!!!!!
INGREDIENTS (pour 12 personnes) :
- 1,5 litre de vin rouge
- 250 g de sucre roux
- 1 zeste de citron
- 1 zeste d’orange
- 2 bâtons de cannelle
- 2 étoiles de badiane (anis étoilé), si vous en avez
- 2 clous de girofle
- 1 morceau de gingembre émincé
- 1 pointe de couteau de noix muscade râpée
PREPARATION :
Mélanger tous les ingrédients et porter à ébullition très doucement.
Laisser frémir 5 minutes.
Servir très chaud dans des verres en filtrant à l’aide d’une passoire.
L’abus d’alcool est dangereux pour la santé, à consommer avec modération.
